A wine with a big personality and plenty of character expressed through spicy aromas and an intense garnet-red colour. Its properties evolve with every sip; aromas of fruit preserved in spirits and liquorice blend with a balanced, rounded taste. The perfect accompaniment to grilled or roasted meats and mature cheeses.

Vine Training System
Peronese pergola. Harvested grapes left to dry slowly for 5 months.
Controlled elevated temperature for 30-60 days. Left to mature in tonneaux for 12 months, then in steel vats until the time of bottling.
Alc. by vol.
18/20 °C. Uncork at least 2-3 hours before serving.
Store in a cool place away from direct light, preferably with the bottle lying on its side.
