A wine with a big personality and plenty of character expressed through spicy aromas and an intense garnet-red colour. Its properties evolve with every sip; aromas of fruit preserved in spirits and liquorice blend with a balanced, rounded taste. The perfect accompaniment to grilled or roasted meats and mature cheeses.

The hills of Moron in the township of Negrar. Soil rich in lime, silica and marble. North/East/West facing.
Grape varietiesCorvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella, Oseleta.
Vine Training SystemPeronese pergola. Harvested grapes left to dry slowly for 5 months.
VinificationControlled elevated temperature for 30-60 days. Left to mature in tonneaux for 12 months, then in steel vats until the time of bottling.
