Excellent wine, its grapes are selected while still on grapevines to guarantee their high quality. The grape bunches are dried on wood racks until mid-February. After the first fermentation this wine is poured into small 7 hl barrels to allow its aromas and tastes to best fining. In this way an important, lovable and velvety wine is produced.
Perfect accompanied by dark chocolate chips.
